3 Levels of Service.
You’ll complete a short questionnaire so we can understand your needs. Then we’ll book a 60-minute call (approx. 7 days later) to talk through everything and share:
A personalised overview of suburbs that might suit you, based on your budget and lifestyle;
Information about commutes, schools, public transport, facilities, etc. in those areas;
Examples of current properties on the market;
Where to search for properties;
A sense-check of your ideal budget in the current market;
A chance to ask questions and get local insight.
You’ll also receive helpful resources to allow you to understand where to focus on your search, and what style of property you're looking for:
An overview of NZ housing styles;
Intro to the NZ school system.
This is a standalone service.

Stage 2: Find & Apply
We’ll create a private online group to send you matching property listings. You can also send us any homes you find yourselves. We will then view the properties of your choosing.
For each home you shortlist, we will:
Arrange and attend the viewing;
Liaise with the agent on your behalf;
Take additional photos/videos (where allowed);
Provide a layout information;
Provide detailed feedback with pros, things to consider, and how well the property matches your requirements based on key fit factors;
Record a walk-around video of the street and neighbourhood;
Record driverounds of the local area;
When you’re ready to apply, you’ll apply directly to the agent, and we will provide full application support, including:
how to use the online portals;
what references and information to provide;
maintain phone contact with the agent for updates, and;
represent you as credible and desirable applicants to the landlord.

Optional Extras:
Key Collection & Property Inspection
Have your keys ready & waiting for you - no need to visit the rental agent's office. We'll also go in and check your rental is clean and ready for your arrival.
Furnishing
Order furniture online and we’ll be there to receive it, unpack it (if you wish), and have your home move-in ready when you arrive.
First Grocery Delivery
Don't want to arrive in Auckland to bare cupboards? Order your groceries for delivery, and we'll receive and unpack them for you.
Airport Pick-Up
We can be a friendly face at arrivals to be the first to welcome you to Aotearoa, and take you to your new home (subject to availability).
